ISTSL has since inception placed emphasis on networking to pool resources and enhance outreach so as to serve the technology related needs of small industries all over. It has developed effective linkages with leading industry associations and like-minded state level agencies. Under the project focal points in four states have been identified, in the first phase to maintain online linkage with ISTSL for facilitating international industrial partnerships. ISTSL also received support from the Office of DC (MSME), Ministry of MSME& ARI, GoI for implementing project MSME-SDTI.
